School is finally back in session and fall is just around the corner! Although I will miss summer dearly, fall in Los Angeles is seriously the best time of year. I know we don’t get to experience the whole “changing of the seasons” bit, but during this time of year, we have the best weather ever. If you live here then you already know, but if you plan on visiting anytime soon I’d suggest coming during the months of September-November. Not only is the weather nearly always in the upper 70s but the crowds of summer have all gone. Plus, there a ton of fun fall activities. LOMITA RAILROAD MUSEUM

June has finally arrived and summer is just around the corner! That being said, I have already begun to plan different activities to keep the kids and I entertained during those long summer days. While we’ll be frequenting the beach and park quite often, I have tried to think of other activities that are both educational and fun. So as a sort of “test run” of said activities, I recently took the girls to visit the Lomita Railroad Museum. While I was super enthusiastic about our impending visit, Hayden (my oldest) didn’t seem to be thrilled with the idea. Lucky for me, her tune changed once we arrived. FAMILY NIGHT AT DODGER STADIUM
